Since we last comunicated with you we have been very busy. In July we attended the graduation of the Felipe Hernandez Montoya Bible School. It is the Bible school of the Bajío district located in a church in Morelia. Five students graduated. Some of them are already pastors, one is called to foreign missions and another wants to open a Teen Challenge in Morelia.
Carolyn and I had the previlige to visit a church in La Piedad. It is a city located about 2 hours from Morelia. I had the opportunity to share the word with the church. It is being held in a house. They are in construction of a church building. It was a wonderful time of fellowship.
The last week of July we attended the Mexico Missionary Fellowship Retreat held in Puerto Vallarta. About 30 missionary families of the more than 40 that work in Mexico. It was a great time of refreshing and fellowship. We were blessed to have Pastors Jim and Sandi Bradford (Central Assembly in Springfield) minister to us each evening.
The first week of August Missionary Mike Powell brought a team from Evangel Assembly of God in Waxahatchie Texas to help Templo Monte Sinaí in Querétaro. They blessed the pastors and congregation by helping with construction and childrens' ministries.

We appreciate your continued prayers and look forward to sharing with you again soon what the Lord is doing in the Bajío District in the Dark Heart of Mexico.
